Google published the paper. I shipped the code. 🚀
DeepMind just released PACEvolve (Progress-Aware Consistent Evolution), a massive overhaul of the AlphaEvolve framework. It solves the critical issues of "Context Pollution" and "Mode Collapse" that have historically crippled evolutionary coding agents.
But there was no public implementation. So I built one.
Introducing OpenPACEvolve: A fully open-source, production-grade implementation of the PACEvolve framework.
🛠 I engineered this framework solo, but I wasn't working alone. I orchestrated a custom coding agents powered by Claude Opus 4.5 as Engineer and Gemini Pro 3 Preview ensuring fiedelity and quallty.
By leveraging these SOTA models, I was able to translate complex theoretical research into functional, modular Python architecture in record time. This is what the future of AI engineering looks like: Human architectural oversight + AI velocity.
🧠 What OpenPACEvolve Solves: Unlike standard agents that get "stuck" in loops, this framework implements the paper's full recipe for long-horizon stability: ✅ Hierarchical Context Management (HCM): Bi-level pruning to keep the agent's memory clean. ✅ Momentum-Based Backtracking (MBB): Uses "power-law backtracking" to detect stagnation and force pivots. ✅ Self-Adaptive Crossover: Intelligent code-sharing between parallel "islands."
👨💻 This project is more than a repo; it's a demonstration of rapid research-to-production cycles using next-gen AI workflows.

🐍 HyDRA: Hybrid Dynamic RAG Agent.
For addressing the limitations of simple, static RAG. HyDRA is the answer. It's an advanced, unified framework for agentic RAG, inspired by the latest research to create something truly powerful.
🧠 Moving beyond single-shot retrieval. HyDRA introduces a multi-turn, reflection-based system with coordinated agents: a Planner, Coordinator, and Executors (currently local & deep web search).
🔬 At its core is an advanced 3-stage local retrieval pipeline that leaves basic RAG in the dust:
🥇 1. Hybrid Search: Combines dense (semantic) and sparse (textual) embeddings in one go using the bge-m3 model. This alone is a massive upgrade.
🥈 2. RRF (Reciprocal Rank Fusion): Intelligently merges and reranks results from different search vectors for ultimate precision.
🥉 3. Advanced Reranking: Uses the bge-m3-reranker model to score and surface the absolute most relevant documents for any query.
⚡️ This isn't just powerful, it's blazing fast. We're using SOTA ANN (HNSW) with vector and index quantization (down to 1-bit!) for near-instant retrieval with minimal quality loss.
🤖 HyDRA is more than just retrieval. It incorporates memory from experience and reflection, creating a guiding policy for smarter future interactions and strategic planning.
The result? A local retrieval system that significantly outperforms standard vector search RAG.
🌐 For deep web searches, HyDRA leverages the asynDDGS library and mcp (Model Context Protocol) for free, unrestricted web access. The entire reasoning engine is powered by the incredibly fast and efficient Google Gemini 2.5 Flash!

Ok let me make that clear if you did not yet understand what is wrong, we are not talking about freedom of usage of general purpose dataset or any other object, it is a dataset made for unethical practice, a knife can be used in kitchen for cutting chicken vegetable etc, a dataset for military usage won't be used in a kitchen!

@JLouisBiz I have read your comment but it does not make any sense , what is the purpose of regulations and law if there is no limitations to what one can do.
We are not talking about chair here or any ordinary object for innocent usage, we are talking about war tech developement, are a chair and war tools that made primary for destruction and killing the same !!!?
They are not , probably if compared it with a gun it might be more comparable , you can have a gun to protect yourself but you need a permission for possessing a gun as us citizen or you get arrested for possessing unathorized item, you ask why , to unsure public safety, but even with such procedure there still horrifying incident that happens, we are not talking about something similar to chair here, the analogy is poorly representitive of the present situation.
And it is not about opensource and free software it is about not developing war tools.
Take an example someone using their computer for piracy , cyber threats , scams fraudelent activities etcs., do you let them just go their way or some actions need be made to protect people , war tech are far worse than any thing mentioned earlier.

I urge community to report any content against ethical use of tech stack including AI , keeping huggingface good place for AI and data enthusiasts.

It seems that huggingface consider deepfakes content a violation/ misconduct but not encouraging harmful activity or application such using AI for developing war technology.
How shameful.

It is about morality , what you made could be not of a big significance for military research and applications but may Allah forbid noramlize the idea of use AI and IT or any other thing in general to things such deceptive content , military and etc.
Such things are likely to be misused so such things should not be passed as 'OK' but be opposed to collectively.

We are not in need for applying AI to military to be used for war to kill civilians (women ,children )and innocents people.
Are you aware of what's going on in Palestine due to misuse of AI to target civilans ???

I’ve been experimenting with a “Tech Tree” to make ML research more systematic and transparent—turns out it helped me spot hidden interactions between experiments and share progress more easily. I wrote a short blog post with examples and insights!

I like the website UI , looks neat. experience might become better if removing the loading , and the example link to example instead of 404 error page. Overall , I hope that people use your project reasonably. @Abhaykoul
AI and emotion , honestly I genuinely can't comprehend that, the world contains 8B human being (some of them are demons in the flesh of humans), and seeking to make machine more emotional, whereas in the real world people tend to act like machines, I think there real need for people is to be connected to Allah (God) then they won't have any emptiness nor the need for any other emotional support, faith (is both emotional and rational) is a primary instinctive need for human being, I think people should stem the grain of faith in their heart to find the pleasure of it and the true meaning of love. Genuinely I advice people to know who is Allah and what does it mean to believe.
