# PCMind-2.1-Kaiyuan-2B (脑海-2.1-开元-2B)

PCMind-2.1-Kaiyuan-2B is a fully-open model.

## Usage

The model architecture is similar to [Qwen/Qwen3-1.7B](https://huggingface.co/Qwen/Qwen3-1.7B),
and can be easily loaded by libraries like `transformers`.

Please use [`demo.py`](demo.py) as an example of use.

_Note: This is a pretrained base model only and has not undergone fine-tuning,
reinforcement learning (RL), or any other post-training procedures.
It is not designed for direct use as a conversational model or dialogue system.
To adapt it for specific applications, including chat or instruction-following tasks,
further training and alignment are required._

For evaluation purposes, we strongly recommend using few-shot prompting rather
than zero-shot. Since the model has not been trained to interpret instructions
or conversational context, providing several examples within your prompt helps
it recognize task patterns and generate more appropriate outputs.
