Ideal number of steps for best quality?

I know the default is 4 steps, but I was wondering if increasing the steps improves the quality at all? Is there a point of diminishing returns?
P.S: Thank you for fixing the I2V face change issue with Mega 2.0
I'm too impatient to test more steps, but you probably would get marginally better results.
