This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the pipeline_tag: text-classification to the metadata, which helps users discover the model at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=text-classification.
Adding a direct link to the GitHub repository (https://github.com/arman-sakif/Bengali-Fake-News-Detection) in the content for better discoverability of the associated code.
