How to add another language ?

What would be the process in order to add another (latin) language to the many already supported by Voxtral Mini Realtime ?
Probably fine-tuning!
I am not a linguist to say how close are latin and the languages that voxtral supports, but I believe it strongly depends on this correlation. Supposedly if the languages are phonetically similar, indeed fine-tuning could easily adapt the model to the new language, but if the language is very different - that might be problematic.
